Excel training receives CILEx endorsement
We are delighted to announce that Excel Civil Enforcement is now endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) to deliver the Level 2 Taking Control of Goods and the Vulnerability and Mental Health Awareness Workshop as CILEx Endorsed Programmes with effect from December 2017.
The Level 2 Taking Control of Goods fully meets CPR 84.18 and the Certification of Enforcement Agents Regulations 2014.
Appropriate training is essential for enforcement agents also, when enforcing warrants, so that they are sensitive to potential vulnerabilities and fully aware of the degree of protection that exists.
The CILEx endorsement recognises:
- Our commitment to high quality professional training and development
- The approved endorsed programmes meet the quality standards of a recognised and respected legal professional body
- Training is delivered by qualified individuals with high standards of probity and ethical behaviour
- Appropriate systems, policies and processes in place to deliver the approved CILEx endorsed programmes
In addition to CILEx, our level 2 and level 3 qualifications in taking control of goods and civil enforcement have been approved by Skills for Justice. The level 3 course goes beyond the Certification of Enforcement Agents Regulations 2014 requirements.
This recognition is something we are incredibly proud of and our training team has worked hard to put together a robust training package that has helped our Enforcement Agents with their work in the field.
