Training and development for our agents

All our enforcement agents are employed directly by us and fully vetted to Ministry of Justice standards. They undergo a comprehensive training program that includes a Level 2 qualification in Taking Control of Goods and full training in vulnerability and mental health awareness.

Continual professional development is at the heart of our business and agents work towards our unique Level 3 Award in taking control of goods and other associated awards from our suite of training programmes and qualifications endorsed by CILEx.
