Enforcement fee scales
Below are the fees scales set for civil enforcement action when recovering debt such as council tax, non-domestic rates, parking and traffic penalties and HMCTS magistrates' court fines.
Fees recoverable under the Taking Control of Goods (fees) Regulations 2014
