We’re pleased to announce that we’ve been awarded the contract to provide provision of Process Serving of various legal notices including but not limited to statutory demands and individual and company petitions for HMRC.

The contract will run from 10^th May 2018 to 7^th May 2021 with an option to extend.

We will be providing the service throughout England, Wales and out of jurisdiction serves.

The awarding of this contract is testament to the hard work of the team here at Excel Civil Enforcement and will be delivered by both our Colwyn Bay and Swansea offices.
